Hired them to simply remodel a kitchen and a bathroom. The work was to be completed prior to my neck surgery and chemotherapy treatments and Real Deals (Gary and Maria) accepted our deposits based on the completion deadline contingency. They asked us to write some checks payable to "Real Deal" and other checks payable to the wife "Maria Gary". RUN, do not walk from Real Deals Remodeling! They were issued a check in advance for work to be done in my home. The check was cashed by them in fall of last year. The work was never started or scheduled and I requested a refund. What I received was long winded text messages of finger pointing and blame game but no refund. I have resorted going to District Court and filing a civil complaint. I definitely will not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Customers be warn! We had a roof leak in LOBBY area and the FLAT ROO in the back. Gary came over for the estimate. Proposal was a little over $18000 dollars. He started the job on time. We paid him cash on time as he requested. Roof repaired finished in Dec 21 2021. The Flat roof leaked in the 1st rain storm on Dec 31 2021. I called and text Gary. This is By Far unacceptable we will make this alot simpler for all, we will have a Web page on our website with all photos of inside this building that are absolutely a mess from water damage prior to excessive roofing leaks and repairs not done by us. Finally finished my contract today with Real Deals Remodeling in Bethlehem Pa since the beginning of summer with nothing but excuses, constantly didn't show up, and now they were not only rude, but have threatened me! I would NEVER work with this Shady and unreliable couple! They only deal in cash. They state you don't finish paying until the job is over, yet i had to pay them ahead of time, then fight for WEEKS to get my money back when they didn't finish the job. They have zero sense of responsibility or ownership of their... read more

Job well done. They listen to the customer and take great pride in customer satisfaction. They did a complicated basement remodel for me and did a great job.
