We process all our own Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal, and Chicken. We break down the cattle on our own, and age our steaks for at least 28 days. Since we do all the work and only carry PRIME BEEF, we are able to have the best quality meats without the customer paying outrageous prices. We offer fresh produce delivered daily as well as a variety of homemade frozen entrees. Decided to switch things up and make it easier on the cook. � Ordered two 4 pound seasoned boneless turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. Absolutely delicious. Moist, juicy and had plenty of left overs for 10 people. Absolutely perfect. Thank you for a delicious holiday meal!!!!
