It’s been one year ago, since my grandmother has moved in and we have not received any legal work that is legitimate enough for my grandmother to have a house insurance. Dave is very hard to get a hold of and has been ignoring the fact that our home never pass, the final inspection, and my grandmother is living at her house illegally. The city has constantly tried to contact Dave about the few things that he needs to finish in order for the house to pass inspection and by Grandma to receive all of the legal documents.
