Money making shameful place.. All I want is a refill of my medication but they refuse to provide me because I won't come in for an unnecessary physical where they can charge me thousands of dollars. I don't have insurance right now and they don't care. It's all about the money for them!! Shameful!!!

My mother's medications were lost last week. We've been calling and leaving requests for a refill to get her medication refilled for four days. Their phone agents regurgitate that it will take 2-4 days to get someone to review a refill prescription.53 minutes of nonsense on the 7th call today to get to Jackie the supervisor, who wasn't aware of any of these issues. 7 call agents in two hours and her reporting structure, call center time logs of over 30 minutes, and noone is aware. RecommendedHad a great experience today with Dr. Beck and my blood draw nurse, Meco. Made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I am thinking of making them my PCP rather than just my urgent care center.

Was told 45 min wait... took 2 hrs to even get back and still waiting. Told doc just got back from lunch... ummm?? Y’all need to get your act together.
