Problem after problem with ready refresh. Mostly with billing. Overcharging even after talking to customer service multiple times. Just had to block my card from them charging me ever again, since their website doesnt allow me to delete my card info and not be on auto pay anymore. Customer service reps are sweet and try and help and then BAM! Charged $330 when it should have been way less. Canceling as soon asap.
Horrible service
I had a terrible experience with Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh. I signed up for water delivery, but my order was rescheduled eight times in a row and never actually delivered. After weeks of waiting, I finally cancelled the service because it was obvious they weren’t going to follow through. Even worse, after cancelling, I started receiving emails and letters claiming that I owed them money for a service I never received. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They just don't show up for deliveres, without even telling you... I've had multilpe issues with my water cooler and they say they'll come fix it, and just don't show or let you know anything is rescheduled. Too many issues to type with this company. This is about my 10th time with a delivery problem and third with the dispenser issue. Delivery instructions are not followed. Website doesn't work. Transfer from Ready Fresh to Primo Brand has been a disaster. All water delivery companies are now included in Primo Brands so I cannot change from Ready Fresh to Sparklett"s because it's under Primo Brands. Very frustrating.
