Attention drivers, I delivered water here — the entrance is from 20th Street. I showed on the map how to enter the yard. It seems they work 24/7. My appointment was at 6 AM, but I arrived around 5:20 AM and they let me in with no problem, immediately started unloading. The only issue is that they don’t have overnight parking. Don’t bother with this company. One of their sales reps came to my store and offered me a buy one get one free promotion on cases of water. They took my check for the agreed upon price and they ended up stiffing me w the rest of the bill for the supposedly free waters later that month

Since Primo took over and merged the system, my company has been billed incorrectly and nobody helps us fix it. Before May our monthly bill was $204.93. After the merger, they duplicated the charge.
