Delivery instructions are not followed. Website doesn't work. Transfer from Ready Fresh to Primo Brand has been a disaster. All water delivery companies are now included in Primo Brands so I cannot change from Ready Fresh to Sparklett"s because it's under Primo Brands. Very frustrating.
Terrible management! As everyone else is saying, when the company got switched, the service went completely to trash. I tried to skip a delivery, they delivered four additional bottles anyway and charged me for it. I ordered one thing, and they delivered something else without getting my approval. There is no way to contact Customer Service. There is no way to really cancel on your own. Costco did the right thing of dropping them because they definitely do not represent great customer service. Do not use!
Truly dismal customer service. Keep over charging me. I keep having to dispute charges 3 months after cancellation. They do not respond to emails. Did not collect water containers and did not refund me. BAD.
What a nightmare with this company. Issues with their transition and new app. Cannot get water delivered due to their incompetence. Unfortunately all water brands are using this delivery system!!
Don’t even think about getting delivery from them (primo/readyrefresh. They mark your delivery as “delivered” yet you’ll still have no water and empties outside of your door. They are completely lying. They merged this year and it has been the most abysmal experience with any service based business. It’s been 5-6 months since the merge and you can’t figure this out?
