Worst service ever since the merger with Primo and ReadyRefresh. My delivery has been postponed 10 times over the past 3 weeks, and I can’t even cancel my subscription online. cancel my subscription immediately. I no longer need your service — I’ve already switched to a different provider.
Terrible service! I’m having the same problem as others are. They keep changing the schedule of delivery and I’m trying to cancel service. Can’t get a hold of anyone through any of their numbers. I’m going to look for another water service. This company is WORTHLESS now! 😡
Product good. Delivery horrible. My 4/23 scheduled delivery moved to 4/25. Ok. Then scheduled 5/7 canceled then 5/9 canceled then 5/13, 5/15, 5/19, 5/21, and now canceled again for 5/27. If they arrive, 33 days without delivery. No recourse or even recognition of problem or inconvenience. Nestle owns RR and most water suppliers. Corporate offices did not take my call. Only competitor seems Phresh.
The worst water delivery service ever! I’ve been through hell with this company, especially when they started to work with Primo. They’ll just leave your water bottles outside, and you’ll have no idea when they delivered it, if they do. Last month, ReadyRefresh/Primo was almost three weeks late on my water delivery. We had to buy water elsewhere! This company is unreliable ever since the merger. My delivery was cancelled 8 days straight. Called multiple times that took an hour each time to get to an agent. Agents could never give an answer. Had enough and cancelled. Do NOT get water delivery from Primo and any of their subsidiaries if they are under the Primo brand. You will be fed up and still thirsty
