Garbage service. If you cancel service then try to pay they will keep not processing the payment then charge you $20 extra per month. Even though you are literally paying your balance off and they are choosing not to process it. DO NOT USE THEM. Id rather drink straight from the tap then deal with this.
Buys out local companies, increases prices, ignores delivery updates, reduced bottles updates, and "skip delivery" to charge more money and they make it impossible to cancel service. (TV show ghosts even showed how terrible it is in season 5 episode 2)
Very rude and pushy company. They don't take , " no thank you", as an answer.
these guys are a total headache - they never respond to order changes and have repeatedly over delivered bottles I don't need, and their system never seems to update. Their customer service is a joke and if you ever need to make any changes or shifts to anything, good luck.
