It is illegal in california to allow online subscription sign ups but force you to call to cancel the subscription. Scam.
I am leaving a 3 star review because as far as the delivery goes I haven’t had an issue. The issue is when I signed up I was told after 6 months that the water dispenser would be mine. When I called to cancel because I no longer wanted the service was told that I would be charged for the water dispenser wasn’t returned. The only reason I signed up was that I would get the dispenser so I guess they will say whatever to get you to sign up. I will not recommend or ever use their service again.
This company dropped off 4 huge jugs filled with water to my front porch 3 weeks ago. They’re not mine. I don’t even use a water service. I’ve called 3 times asking for them to come & pick up the water jugs as they don’t belong to me. They’re sitting in the heat & taking up more than half of my patio. They keep telling me someone will call me to schedule a pick up time. I don’t understand how difficult it is for someone to pick these up & right their mistake. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST ! Would have given them -1 review if I could , They overcharge you compared to every other company i've seen , they have horrible customer relation , I terminated their services because of my bad experience and their over charges and after months of termination they send me a random bill!! saying they recondited the unit they gave us , this is after me asking multiple times this payment is the last payment and they insured me it is !
