DISPENSER LEAKED 3 GALLONS ALL OVER THE RUG AND FLOORS. You cannot speak to customer service bc their phone lines dont work. Cant hear, spotty service. Chat feature on website doesnt work. First time delivery. Driver didn't bother knocking on the door therefore I had to drag it intomspt and into kitchen. There was no bottom on the bottom of the box-dirty. Every month I have to login and edit the recurring products and delivery.. it says its saved.. then we get another delivery full of things we didn't order. SO OVER IT!!!
I registered on the site and ordered 4 bottles for October 4th, they charged me, but they still haven’t delivered the water, who can tell me what kind of mess this is?
