If i could give 0 stars i would !!! This company has gone downhill since switching from ready refresh to primo brands delivery !! The customer service is horrible, the delivery drivers are rude and the delivery service is trash. They have been canceling our orders when scheduled without even calling us! We have been without water for 2 months !! I’ve been a Ready Refresh customer for over 3 years, and everything was fine until March when my deliveries suddenly stopped. I waited for months thinking it would be resolved, and finally in June I called to cancel. It took over 3 hours on hold just to speak with someone and officially cancel my account. Fast forward; I am STILL being charged every month, even though I cancelled. I have emailed multiple times, and they simply don’t respond. TODAY WE JUST CANCELLED OUR SERVICE WITH “primo” WHEN WE FIRST STARTED USING THIS SERVICE IT WAS THRU READY REFRESH, EVER SINCE THEY MERGED WITH primo THEY BECAME COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND PATHETIC. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET A NEW WATER DISPENSER LIKE 3 DAYS AGO AND THEY CONTINUE TO CANCEL AND DELAY OUR SERVICE/DELIVERY.
