TODAY WE JUST CANCELLED OUR SERVICE WITH “primo” WHEN WE FIRST STARTED USING THIS SERVICE IT WAS THRU READY REFRESH, EVER SINCE THEY MERGED WITH primo THEY BECAME COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND PATHETIC. This company has company gone to shit, they are completely unreliable and useless. They will continue to charge you but cancel your deliveries, this company is a complete scam. Why aquire a company when you don’t have the capacity to service your customers. ReadyRefresh was perfect, they never missed a delivery and was always easy to contact.
