This company is a disgrace. They cancel deliveries repeatedly without warning (letting you believe orders are en route), add late charges to bills for deliveries that are never made, and customer service is a nightmare. The company has been taken over by a private equity firm and in the past month 7 DELIVERIES have been cancelled and rescheduled. Very bad service, they cancel your deliveries and postpone them by weeks! You will stay dry and not get your water in time! Very unprofessional and not recommended to go with them save yourself the hassle! UPDATE : its been close to over 1 month they never delivered, nor answer on the chat support.
What happened? Ready Refresh was a great company and I had no problems. Now that it’s Primo, my deliveries are happening, I can’t speak with anyone on the phone who knows anything, and the community is suffering for it. The owner is telling people in the reviews to call, but you will be put on hold for an extremely long time and then most likely hung up on.
