Am I not allowed to give a 0 star review? Well, let me tell you a tale: Over the last 90 days: 02/19: Water delivery did not show up (as regularly scheduled). Was told it was would be delivered on 02/24. 02/24: No delivery. 03/04 (FINALLY reaching a rep): Was told 02/24 delivery was rejected - becuase of system error on their part. Was told 03/10 would be delivery date. 03/10: NO DELIVERY. Could not contact. Would call consistently over the course of the next 2 weeks to no response. 4/4 finally made contact. I have used their services for years. Recently along with regularly jacking up the prices their service has drastically worsened to the point I had to close the account - wrong delivery dates, dropping bottles in the wrong places, inhumane delivery hours. Would not recommend them.
Do not use. These people are crooks.
Keep receiving damaged cartons that seem as if they've been opened and reassembled with glue or tape.
