Stay away from this company!! My delivery got delayed 3 times and I have had enough. You cannot cancel through the app or website and they make you call customer service which is hell to find. This is predatory practice on their end and they have a lawsuit going against them!! Stay away!!, fortunately I was able to cancel through the phone and even then I had to tell the lady 4 times to cancel!! What a scam!!
For the past month they have refused to deliver to my office, even though I've seen them delivering to other offices in the same building. So I am canceling their service. So disappointing.
Zero stars literally worst customer experience of my entire life!! Do not waste your money the hassle and the headache is beyond frustrating. Driver blocked the entire road for 10 minutes because he was lazy and didn’t bother to Pull over or go down driveway. Completely rude
If I have to choose between DMV and ReadyRefresh, without blink of an eye I would choose DMV, that is how terrible this company is. The only reason they are still in the market is that they do not have competition (in manys location they operate). Avoid at any cost.
