They keep delaying my water order! Never on time. EDITING: I don’t know why customer service is even responding to these comments when they STILL didn’t deliver my water after guaranteeing it over the phone.

The deliveries are extremely inconsistent.
Stay away from this company!! My delivery got delayed 3 times and I have had enough. You cannot cancel through the app or website and they make you call customer service which is hell to find. This is predatory practice on their end and they have a lawsuit going against them!! Stay away!!, fortunately I was able to cancel through the phone and even then I had to tell the lady 4 times to cancel!! What a scam!!
For the past month they have refused to deliver to my office, even though I've seen them delivering to other offices in the same building. So I am canceling their service. So disappointing.
