Worse water delivery service ever. I have been rescheduled for delivery for the 8th time over two weeks. It’s ridiculous. You can’t even talk to a real agent anymore, it’s all computer agents. Useless to get answers.
Ever since they switched to primo the delivery is never as scheduled and just keeps getting postponed everyday saying it will be the next day. There is no compensation for them delivering late everytime. They can not be trusted to deliver in a tinely manner.
Driver stay away to deliver this place came to deliver 10am arrival time and it is 14:35 and still placed in a door no respect for drivers time
I didn’t know they could get even worst since they merged companies with Primo but they have.
