Brought my kids there to have physicals for high school sports. Well they gave us the worst customer service I've ever had. Refused to print out the physical forms to fill out "we don't do that." We had to drive all the way home to get printouts which is fine it is what it is. Get back there and they won't fill out all the form because these are regular physicals not sports physicals. $120 per kid for a quick physical which is a rip-off as well. RecommendedI had a great experience at the Hudson ReadyMed. The NP, RN, X-ray person, and medical assistant were all awesome. They took their time and did thorough testing before giving me a prescription. The office and rooms were very clean and there was no wait!
To long of a wait inpatient staff . People were rude in the waiting room talking on cell phones blasting music or you tube. Daughter had a head injury and was told it was 4 hour or longer wait not ok in my book
