Paid 2750 to Ready care at American house on a Tuesday and they moved out of American House on that Friday and they will not give me the money back. They will not even answer the phone. Very poor run company. Gave them a one star only because I could not give them a minus star.
This service was a nightmare. They were supposed to check on my mother every 2–4 hours, but they never showed up like they were supposed to. The staff turnover is insane—people are always quitting because there’s no proper training. New hires come in on their very first day with no clue what they’re doing. It’s terrifying. The staff at Ready Care was HORRIBLEEEE OMG their constantly moving around without actually helping and always quitting. When I went upstairs to the 2nd floor, there were literally only 2 people for 43 residents, and they weren’t helping at all. They were always on their phones instead of assisting. My mom was clicking the button for help, and no one was watching or responding. I reported this to management, and they finally added cameras, but the neglect was already unacceptable.
