Our experience with this company was one problem after another. Find a local company who has integrity and accountability. Claimed cabinets were built with 3/4" plywood on all side panels, they're actually 1/2". Cabinets came with the wrong doors on our apron sink cabinet, missing a drawer which they sent, after 8 weeks of struggle, without hardware, and then eventually sent the hardware months later. I did inevitably get all my items but it was stressful and I regret taking a chance with these guys.

This is not something I wanted to do. However, because there has been NO response from anyone at RTS in St. George this is the only way to get someones attention. Let me start with the quality of the cabinets, they are quite nice and build equally as good. The installation company was "very" good to work with (not associated with RTS) and were frustrated at times with the way things were unfolding on our project. Flint Chandler was the associate that helped me with my kitchen project remodel. He was very attentive and responsive to my requests and needs, to design and order my kitchen project. He is very experienced and understands kitchen design, construction and coordination. I have been doing kitchens and remodels for many years and found him and this company to be a very pleasant surprise. You can't go wrong having Flint help you with your cabinet needs.

As Joanna mentioned earlier in the reviews, Tory Alldridge was a pleasure to work with. We had logistical issues early on in the process, however, Tory ensured we were taken care of. Working with a small business that acts like a small business in terms of taking care of their customers is the sole reason one would come here for their cabinetry: and I would encourage you to do so. We will definitely be working with Ready To Ship Cabinets on future projects.
