As retires downsizing we hired Ready Real Estate to sell our house and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. They took the guessing out of the equation by informing us of the process and addressing our concerns. Our house sold quickly and we were pleased to get frequent updates throughout the sale. Ready Real Estate operates efficiently, they handle everything in a timely manner and they work in the customers best interest. We would definitely refer them to family and friends.
This is the worst realtor that I have ever used. They want to boast about only charging 4.5% in commissions, when they will do nothing for it. Their only concern is to get the listing and let other realtors show the house. They have no marketing plan!! It wasn't until several months of complaining that they finally did an open house. Then it was 3 weeks before their contract was up for renewal. At one point I tried to cancell the contract and they threaten me with a LAWSUIT!!
