The lack of communication shown by Jose Martinez on the deal we have working has been horrible. As a listing agent, I will let all of my sellers know how this deal has gone & suggest that they require buyers to have a qualification from any other company. We have been asking for updates for nearly a week and the processor & loan officer have completely ignored myself (listing agent) as well as the title company.
