very dissapionted. I dont speak spanish and I specifically asked for english speaking staff. Apparently none of the staff speaks English. The person in charge of my case came across as insincere and never returned my phone call. They definitley dont live up to thier name.
This agency have guided my parents and myself as to all the available care and healthcare needs there are for the elderly. The staff is very professional and always available. I called them at 11 pm on a weekend and got an answer at the moment and a visit to my parents house. This visit prevented a hospital ER visit. They are a great help!

WOW the review below must have been from an upset competitor, anyhow, i received compassionate experience from ready care. The staff assigned to my care were great and having received a visit and weekly call from the director of the staff was a great peace of mind and all resulted to a speedy recovery after a complicated foot surgery.
This home health agency provides the worst care. If there are any problems and you need to contact the office, they are rude and do not try to solve the problem. They are in this business for the money, there is no caring for the patients. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
