they came out and assessed our broken furnace right away. I felt like all the options were explained and they installed our new furnace on a saturday so that we could have heat. while we waited they lent us heaters so that we were warm. I highly recommend David Leroy plumbing for all your plumbing/hvac needs!
Had technician out as my AC was dripping...technician originally said it was the refrigerant but then changed prognosis to just water dripping from the old rusted drip pan. A week later my AC stopped working...only the fan worked...no cooling indicating that the refrigerant probably was leaking. Also, was promised someone would call with an estimate for a new unit and no one ever called. In addition had to wait 2 days for someone to come out an look at my unit ...in 90+ degree weather!!! I called another company.

They were prompt and courteous. Gave me the answer and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.
We are very pleased with the mini-splt along with the professionalism both installers showed. They were clean and left no mess behind. Both were knowledgeable about the unit.
