I don't typically blast businesses on social media or anything but I'm pissed!!!!!!!!!! David Leroy has to be the most worthless company on the planet! Every single time we've called they charge ourtreagous prices!!! Our hot water heater has exploded, FLOODING the garage, and basement 2 times now in 6 years (on top of multiple pipes leaking and fixed).... Well now on a Sunday with 2 inches of water everywhere and a water heater UNDER WARRANTY they want $1300 in labor to come out (more than the cost of installation) or they c... read more
I experienced sewage backup and spent over $200 for a job that had to be remedied by another company the following day. I was told after the fact that they do not warranty their service. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. Don’t waste your money, call someone else.

Really bad experience with their emergency service as well as with business staff. I called Sunday night and provided all info to the rep on the phone so they could go Monday morning. Then never heard back on the confirmation. Called Monday morning and no one had my information and said could not help until next day. Then they called back saying that they would not help at all. Very unprofessional. As a business owner, I don't understand how they can just treat new customers this way. I would not recomend to any one.

RecommendedAndy & Joey did a FANTASTIC job remodeling my two full baths and two 1/2 baths ... bathrooms are beautiful. They also re-piped my home and installed kitchen appliances. They were extremely efficient - did their excellent work in 2 weeks - professional, texted daily project status updates and personable. Greg managed the project. Found a leak Friday morning. Called David Leroy and had technicians here and problem fixed by mid-afternoon same day. Have had many dealings with David Leroy Plumbing over the past few years and they have always been professional, prompt, and efficient. Tom and Andy on this latest call were, as expected from this organization: courteous and professional. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Highly recommended.
Tom and Joey were wonderful! My late mother’s In laws washer broke and had a flood on the kitchen floor. I had no idea who to call. I was told of David LeRoy plumbing . They came out fast and they were so kind due to the problem and tension I was in. Tom and Joey went beyond there services and helping to find a new washer and was so professional. We came home late on Saturday night to our house at 90 degrees, the heat pump stopped working. I called first thing Sunday morning for emergency service and our heat pump was running by 9am. The tech, David was very professional and got the job done fast. I feel we got great service at a reasonable price!
