Had regularly scheduled maintenance on HVAC - David M found some mold in our duct work & we are working on a remediation with a company they suggested. I don't think duct inspection is normally part of the maintenance, but we are really happy that he looked. Perhaps this SHOULD be part of regular maintenance program? TY for going the extra mile today, David M.
Courteous, knowledgable, took the time to answer all my questions. This was during my maintenance agreement yearly service.
The service team called to say the Service Pro was on his way. The Pro came on time and was very polite and professional. They put on protection booties before heading to the basement. Very thorough.
People are nice, prompt and you know what to pay before work is done.
Called Leroy Plumbing yesterday for appointment. They sent their plumber Andrew out today. Hours of work, plunged lines to street, removed one toilet and re-set it = less than $500. Prompt and job well done. I'm pleased.
