Eric ran into problems with the job he was doing for us. While he was clearly frustrated, he kept his head and his sense of humor. As a result of the problem, he had to leave to do another job and then come back. He stuck with it and was able to get the problems resolved. He also seems like a thoughtful and caring guy. Because of Eric, we will be using David Leroy Plumbing and recommending them to our friends.
Eric F. was on time, fixed the problem with the pressure switch, and tidied everything up. The pump went from running over 10 minutes to about 1 1/2 minutes.
I call David Leroy Plumbing all the time for my old plumbing. They are always on time. They come out at anytime. My usual plumber is Eric F. He always is courteous, professional, and he puts up with my two year old with great patience! The latest call was to replace my sink. The new cold intake he installed was defective and he impressed me with his patience once again as he replaced it. Looks and works great now. Wonderful job Eric!

At our last appointment Eric F. brought to our attention how damaging excessively high water pressure could be to our fixtures, pipes, and water heater. We agree and are so glad that Eric F. helped by installing an expansion tank and pressure regulator (as well as revising our kitchen under-sink piping) to fix our "problem" pressure before it becomes it BIG leak problem. My water pump stopped working Sunday just before lunch. We had no water and no AC during this heat wave (I have geothermal heating and cooling). Since I wasn't able to diagnose it myself, I called David LeRoy Plumbing. A pleasant person actually answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon!
