We have had a service contract with David LeRoy for numerous years. It's always nice to have a knowledgeable service personnel perform (and repair, if needed) check our heat pump system. The last few years, service has been generally routine, but one checkup involved the replacement of a leaking valve. All were handled satisfactorily. Eric F came out about 2 weeks ago to fix a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink. We were very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of plumbing. He was very thorough in explaining the problem and how he was able to fix it. We were very satisfied with the service we received from Eric F, so much so that we have scheduled him to come out in a few weeks to perform additional plumbing work on our home.
Eric was very helpful and efficient. He was called on Saturday morning and by 230 that afternoon the hot water heater was installed and ready to use. Excellent customer service.
David Leroy Plumbing was great! when they came out they were very professional and definitely knew what they were talking about. They patiently answered all our many questions to help us decide what direction to go to add to the electric efficiency of our house. They showed us many options which were new to us!

Great Service from the team at David LeRoy Plumbing. I've had issues with current system for years after it was installed by another company. Contacted David LeRoy when I started to have issues one morning, they were able to get someone out to the house that day and explained to me what was going on and answered all my questions. Ended up signing a maintenance contract with them and will be calling them soon to do some plumbing work I have. Thanks for all the help.
Eric called before he arrived, did an excellent job and actually noticed something that needed attention that we had forgotten about. He was very professional and we were very pleased.
