I am also in the service industry so I recognize quality customer service when I see it. My first visit was for repairs from an accident. Tom took the time to go over every detail with me and made me feel better about the whole situation. Kevin in parts helped me select some upgrades and tires. That was over a year ago. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...I took my bike here for a tune up and they did such an excellent job that I am speechless. I never knew how much power my bike really had until now. They opened up that bike... that bike now wants to do wheelies at 80 MPH. Plus....they have a freakin' awesome store... LOVE RSM!!!! The most professional shop I have ever been too. THEY ARE HONEST, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
First and foremost I want to thank Mike for the awesome deal on both atv's I purchased. Secondly, the outstanding customer service on his part and the salesman on the floor. Initially it was quite awkward to walk in and have to find help but once I found someone it was helpful advice from beginning to end. No pressure to buy during any point of my visit. Tom and crew did a fantastic job getting me in on short notice and changing rear tire on my Goldwing. Definitely 5 star service. They have a new customer.
Stood around 35 minutes waiting for a sales person, the parts guy acknowledged me instantly. Was ready to talk price and was interested in 3 bikes! Another person came in and the salesman went right to him. I asked 2 people for a salesman and nothing! I hate poor customer service , biggest pet peeve. Lost my business for sure.
Just bought a brand new 2013 FZ6R Left over. I love it! Great price Everybody was very pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone.
Just a nice company to deal with. Every person there is courteous, eager to assist, and confidently knowledgeable.
