Awesome service. Very helpful. Was buying a helmet and gave a lot of tips :).
They were ok during the sales process. I drove 60miles to purchase a brand new vehicle. I have had to make out of pocket repairs , due to the vehicle being assembled wrong, which could have been slightly dangerous. They told me I should have dealt with a dealer more local. They told me that if I got it there, MAYBE, they would take care of it. The costs of transporting would have been costly. This dealership seemed to want to make a sale, and Me be out of site and out of mind.
I had brought my motorcycle down to the shop to have a fuel processor placed on it. And the part that I bought wasn't being recognized by the motorcycle itself. But the shop crew were on top of things telling me the issues they had with it and they contacted the company for me explaining the issues and things corrected. I can tell you that I have never had any issues with the crew in the shop or anyone else in this establishment. They are very helpful in everything they do. This was my first time using Reading Standard Motorsports and it was by far the best service I have received for my watercraft. They were very quick and thorough going over my PWC and getting winterized for me. Price was also excellent. Definitely the best service in the area! Thanks again for all your help!
