Very very disappointed and frustrated. So I just got my motorcycle permit and I was very excited to get my first bike. I still am. My husband recently bought a motorcycle from this shop about 2 weeks ago and has been having an issue with cables , with gas leaking , motorcycle turning off while he makes a stop . This could’ve been potentially dangerous if he would’ve been riding in the road. He has been taking his motorcycle every other day to get something fixed . And he hasn’t dented or driven the motorcycle at all only to take it to the shop and back home . Ryan was a great salesman was very responsive as he could be provided the dealership was very busy and the sale of my 2 Rykers went through without issue only 1 month since our initial visit. However hope that nothing goes wrong your vehicle. I was disappointed after finding out the service department has a 25 day waiting period and I will lose almost a month of riding season that I am paying for. I’m very disappointed in this dealership. I not only bought my machine here but I also had recent repair work done here and It seems the original problem was never addressed. I brought my atv in for maintenance & shortly afterwards my ATV broke down on a trail system in the middle of nowhere. thankfully I was able to get help to rescue me.
