miserable experience getting records for a C&P exam. first, we got the wrong records, then they claim they can only give records to a facility. this deprived me of my right to review any records about my care and make an informed decision. major foul ups.

Tower Health is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was lied to for 2 months about a refund. I was hung up and told the supervisors and managers did not want to speak with me. The billing department’s phone number is 484-628-5683, when I called them they wanted to know how and why I got their number, not how could they help me. Everytime i called they said the call was being recorded, why isn’t whoever listens to all these calls calling me back. I would never recommend them, awful Company!
For the hospital I like it they get to him fast sometimes you have a weight but most of the time you get in very fast and the staff is wonderful
