I recently spend 2 days on the N5W unit after my surgery.. The nurses and aides were amazing at what they do! The aides took there time helping me with whatever I needed. The nurses were so kind and gentle/ understanding when I started to getting sick from my medicine. I can't say anything bad about my experience
they sent my son out the door with a broken humorous told him to call the doctor in the morning the doctor refused to he see him because he had no insurance. Went back to the ER they refused to see him. No direction on what to do next or where to go other than try st. Joe's they sometimes take charity cases. I would not recommend going to this Hospital.
Patient safety needs to be looked at. Pt considered a fall risk and bed alarmed in 10 day admission and then discharged and readmitted 7 days later. Ion 2nd admission again fall risk, bed alarmed, palliative care, not out of bed waiting to be evaluated for hospice and then on day 8 was suddenly not a fall risk and no bed alarm. Got call telling me that pt fell out bed and broke hip after he has already been taken to trauma and tests done. Still waiting for “investigation “ to be completed.
Horrible experience with my husband in the ER all the way through to discharge during treatment for his stroke. Everything from ER staff telling me it was my fault for him not getting the Tpa to his doctor at discharge telling us he would pass within the month. In between that was disastrous. They claim what they did was standard. Joke
Wonderful hard working team T1 and ER ❤️
I got my spleen tooken out back in February and it was a life and death situation thanks for saving my life I can’t thank that hospital enough but I do want to get a hold of the staff in the T building 3rd floor
I will go to any tower health facilities. I would never give st. Joe's the time of day even if it came down to life or death.
Fantastic place to work! The providers and staff are amazing!
