Good service, polite, caring professional staff.
I'm giving a negative review for the billing department who overcharged me by claiming I owed a copay. I explained that we didn't have copays through our type of plan, but she insisted on charging me anyway. Now that they acknowledge they overcharged me, I was told that I have to wait up to 30 business days (that's 6 weeks!) for them to refund my money via mail and by check. This is horrible customer service!
What is Best for the patient should be most primary consideration -- Tower Health is most certainly NOT providing the quality of care that most people in the area were accustomed to receiving from the Reading Hospital and Medical Center -- Tower Health administration has forgotten there are human beings involved who have specific needs and can not be lumped together to fit into their accepted model of regulated care across the board ! Very Disappointed ---

So when you bring your 83 year old mother to the hospital for COVID testing and you can’t stay with her, it’s hard, but I get it. When you are told that you will be kept up to date, and no one calls you , I can understand that. When you are told that there will be no results for 2-3 days and you can’t see your mom, because she’s not sick enough to get the rapid test with results in <one hour, that I don’t get. When you ask how you can talk to your mom once she’s transferred and the nurse says, “Ma’m that’s a question for the... read more

If your thinking of using this god awful hospital go somewhere else. You can follow their policies and the security will change it because they are to lazy to their jobs. F this hospital if I was dieing I’d rather go to a veterinarian hospital at-least you would be treated like a human.
