I don’t believe that they follow HIPAA rules. When I tried to talk to them about it, they just repeated the same thing. They seemed to be upset that I was questioning them. I have filed a HIPAA complaint. I would have been happy to discuss it with them, but they didn’t want to discuss anything and that is not acceptable.
