Super positive experience! Real support not just going through the motions. The space holders were compassionate, masterful, and kind.
Dr. Courtnay curates a safe space where I feel genuinely supported and understood. What I really appreciate is not only the degree of support, but the way I'm still challenged and often leave a session with a new perspective, or a refreshed perspective. There is something so special about a therapist that is both validating and pushes you to be the best, most fulfilled version of yourself, even when it may be uncomfortable.
Dr. Courtnay is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I feel so supported with her, and I couldn't recommend her and the practice more.
