We used Todd to buy our first house, sell our first house and buy our second house. We enjoy him because when push comes to shove he works hard for his clients. If you know the market here in Bellingham you know it just gets more and more ridiculously crazy. Todd stuck with us through a long process of finding and securing our second home. He was our steady in the constant ebb of the market. We could not be more thankful to have him as our realtor.
Todd was the perfect balance of knowledge and direction on the one hand, and giving us space to consider our options and make a decision to sell. He worked with us on asking price, then managed the process to closing. From decision to sell to closing was about 45 days. Listing to offer in hand was less than a week!
Do NOT recommend. We went through this realtor and nothing productive was done for us. What he did do: Set us up with a portal that notified us of houses within our ideals (all of which Zillow and/or Redfin notified us of sooner and had nearly all the same houses to choose from.)
