We used Todd to buy our first house, sell our first house and buy our second house. We enjoy him because when push comes to shove he works hard for his clients. If you know the market here in Bellingham you know it just gets more and more ridiculously crazy. Todd stuck with us through a long process of finding and securing our second home. He was our steady in the constant ebb of the market. We could not be more thankful to have him as our realtor.
Todd was the perfect balance of knowledge and direction on the one hand, and giving us space to consider our options and make a decision to sell.
