AC managed to sell our home in a very tough buyers market. He stayed persistent and got the job done! He was always kind and patient with us throughout the whole process and we were nervous as first time sellers and our first time using a realtor. Not only did we have a wonderful realtor, but we made a friend.
I have used Maureen 2 times for a purchase and 1 time for a sale. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. We sold our first home in hutto and she helped with the build we did in round rock.
What can I say super professional friendly the best in the market definitely the one to go to if you’re looking to sell or buy a house. They got our house sold and only three days that is just insane.
Maureen and AC are great. They have completed three transactions with them now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their expertise in the process was instrumental in our most recent transaction moving as well as it did.
Bottom Line. You want Maureen and AC on your team when buying or selling your home! No doubt! Their professional, hands on approach along with upfront, open, honest and (for me) daily communitation... set my mind at ease. I needed to navigate this crazy market while being stationed (Go Army!) several states away. THEY ARE the BEST in the business... I promise!
