Tracie Rich is UNBELIEVABLE! Moving is stressful as it is, moving with 2 children makes it even more challenging. With Tracie as your Realtor you know you have the best working for you. Working with Tom and Tracie Rich was fantastic. We were first time home buyers and they were very patient with us. They helped us determine our needs and would send us email's with listings that matched our criteria so we could view them online. They worked with our schedule (including weekends) to make the process as convenient as possible for us. We went with Tom and Tracie Rich when we sold our house in Aug 2012. Sold in 6 days. She then found us our new home. Tracie was fantansic on all levels! Communication was absolutely great! She got us a great price for our house, a great price on the new house, tracked EVERYTHING! I could not ask for a better Realtor. Period. Even after the sales, she helped us out.
