Miriam’s expertise in real estate made the house sale possible and we were able to sale at fair market value. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Vincent went over and above in a difficult co-op sale. Since it was necessary for us to move away for health reasons, he even arranged for debris removal and repainting, keeping us informed about the process each step of the way. He also recommended a good attorney. The closing was seamless. Vincent has my whole-hearted recommendation.
