Miriam’s expertise in real estate made the house sale possible and we were able to sale at fair market value. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. She made sure that we kept the closing date and made the process speed up when things got a little complicated. She finds you what you are asking for. She is great at what she does.
Vincent went over and above in a difficult co-op sale. Since it was necessary for us to move away for health reasons, he even arranged for debris removal and repainting, keeping us informed about the process each step of the way.
