Selling a home can be a stressful experience and Rich Gerber made us feel at ease. He provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process of selling our home. He was also very helpful with the closing by providing documents that we needed for the buyers. He went out of his way to make copies and personally drop them off at our house. I would definitely recommend Rich if you are planning to sell your home.

Richard did a very good job for us. He is friendly, accessible and knowledgeable. He has a good feel for pricing and how to negotiate a deal. He guided us on setting a list price and counter offers to arrive at the final target price.

We utilized Rich to sell my Mom's house. This was during the real estate downturn. We could not have been happier with our decision. Probably the most honest sales person I have ever met. Let me take that back......he isn't a sales person. He is an advisor. I can't think of one issue that he neglected. My Mom's home was sold quickly and effiiciently. Rich was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. He went above and beyond at looking at multiple properties and spent much time answering questions I had. I recommend working with Rich if you are looking for your next home.
