Way back in 2006 Rich helped us to buy our first home where we were very happy. So when it was time to find a new home, we used Rich again in 2017 to find a new home within a very small area. He was patient and never pushed us to expand our search. Rich is the best. He guided us through the process and made sure we knew what to expect along the way. His property description in the MLS was spot on and I believe a contributing factor for us having multiple showings and offers. He was there at the beginning and with us through the closing.
