If you want a realtor that wants your neighbors to really not like you hire her. She creates problems that are put on the new homeowner that could have been avoided. My suggestion is to find someone that cares about you after she cashes her check.
I would highly recommend Maria Gillot Werner as a real estate agent. She had professional pictures taken of my home before it was listed. My house looked beautiful. It sold in one day. She did a great job from listing it until getting us through closing. She is great! I would highly recommend her!
