Yesterday, Mary from ReMax signature on Gessner in Houston called me on behalf of her boss, Richard Garcia and asked if he could preview my property. I told her yes. She said she would check his schedule and call me back. She called back and requested a 2pm appointment. It is now 4pm and he was a no show. He didn’t call, email, or text to let me know he was not coming.
