We actually asked her to show us a home in the same neighborhood as the home we purchased, but when we went to see it, the home was not in the condition that we wanted so she quickly suggested that we go take a look at another home in that neighborhood with the same floorplan but brand new. An agent who is professional, responsive, attentive, and totally committed to the client. With Mrs. Briganti, my home was shown and sold in one day, and quickly closed, although there were some issues she had to negotiate for me.
Sharon is a fantastic realtor. She has great people skills, making you feel comfortable right off the bat and great knowledge to set your mind at ease no matter the decision.
