My realtor, Sandra Spearman, was amazing! I would totally use her again. She walked me through every detail, and I felt very comfortable with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone. She's absolutely the way to go, if you're interested in buying.
This was an Overall great experience. My realtor was very knowledable and attentive to her clients. She was available at all times to answer questions.
Sandra was my real estate agent when I purchased my home in 2020. She made the process so easy and took all the stress of buying a home off of me. I was a little picky and Sandra was very respectful and understanding and made sure that she found exactly what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and responded quickly whenever I had a question about the process. I would definitely recommend her as your real estate agent in the future.
I viewed a home that I thought was available but it was already under contract. Sandra knew the right person to contact just in case the home went back on the market. Luckily for me the home went back on the market the next day, & Sandra swiftly helped me seal the deal.

Wow! We truly cannot use enough wonderful adjectives to describe our experience with Lisa. Lisa Briganti is an incredible realtor and if you are serious about buying a house, SHE is the realtor you want. My husband and I drove back and forth from Charlotte for at least a month in search of the right house. The market is tough right now but Lisa didn't waiver. Very professional. Lisa knows how to win the contracts in this crazy real estate market. After working with another agent with no luck with 6 offers we decided to get a new realtor. So glad we did, it only took showing us one house and being able to know how to write the winning offer with multiple offers coming in. Chris was very helpful also while Lisa was out of town.
I met Tracie by accident - I called and got her on the phone as my family was looking for a new home in a different district in Greenville County. She was friendly and highly patient as we went through a number of homes until we found one that suited our needs. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent - bonus points our kids totally loved her like if she was a blood relative. Thank you Tracie for all your help.....
Julia was very involved throughout my entire process as a first time home buyer. She went above and beyond what i expected of her as an agent. Should i dare this process again i will definitely find Julia! She was very patient and informative. It was a true pleasure and i highly recommend her.
