Patrick and his team sold several of my properties over the years. He is very knowledgeable about the market, laws and delivers top notch service. He is the only Broker I use for all of my real estate investments in the Killeen and Harker Heights area. You can’t go wrong with hiring him and his team for your real estate investments. He runs a full service real estate team and even manages properties through his other company. Top notch service!

Can't thankPaul Podhhorn enough for his time and expertise in showing us multiple homes around Central Texas. His approach is efficient, but low pressure. We expect to close on one of the homes he showed us soon. I read the previous review and it sounds like the dissatisfiers were not within Paul's control. Paul's approach is truly "How can I best serve you?"

Everything started out ok.went into contract 1st home.seller did not disclose any defects on his house.home inspection showed electrical wire tape together in the attic,old termite damage and many more defects.seller tried to lower price but i did not except.sell admited to my agent Mr.Paul Podhorn lll that it was like that when he bought it.my agent failed to help me recover $250.00 inspection fee and $50.00 to pull the house off the market. 2nd home was told i had someone bidding against me,i made last offer it was excepte... read more

If you ever have to deal with Mike McGeHee, RUN. He has the ability to turn buying your dream house into a haunted house rose red nightmare... Absolutely not helpful and inflexible... Had us wondering what he was advising the seller to make the process so difficult.

I came to Remax knowing that I was in a severe time crunch. I had less than a week to find a new home and move into it or suffer at the hands of a different property manager that specialized in horrible treatment and fradulent behavior against their tenants.
