Sue is a gem, she has assisted us with the sale of two homes and the purchase of one. We did not make finding our current home, that we love, easy. We had a list of what we thought we wanted but as we looked at homes she observed and chuckled at the things we liked and did not like. She helped us better understand what we may or may not want in our next home. If you’re looking for a realtor Susan is absolutely amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you sell your house. If we didn’t have Susan we probably would’ve never sold our home. Susan is the best. She put together a great plan for marketing our property she made it sound and look great. She gave us extremely valuable advice on the best things to focus on to sell the house as soon as possible even in the tough market of late last year and early this year.
