It was a no brainer using Susan again as my realtor when it was time to sell my home and find something new. Susan Cioffi is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the market, and very timely. She recently sold my father’s home in Valencia Lakes and helped me get the house ready to put on the market (I live all the way in VA). Susan had everything removed from the property, had it professionally cleaned, painted and gave the home the TLC it needed in order to be desirable for the buyer. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Susan. I am forever grateful for her. 10/10 recommend.

If you’re looking for a realtor Susan is absolutely amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you sell your house. If we didn’t have Susan we probably would’ve never sold our home.
