Susan Cioffi is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the market, and very timely. She recently sold my father’s home in Valencia Lakes and helped me get the house ready to put on the market (I live all the way in VA). Susan had everything removed from the property, had it professionally cleaned, painted and gave the home the TLC it needed in order to be desirable for the buyer. It was a no brainer using Susan again as my realtor when it was time to sell my home and find something new. Susan has been a pleasure to deal with. After not renting for 20 years, I just sold my home but did not want to hop back into the market with the high rates. Setting up appointments, trying to get call backs, or timely responses were outrageously challenging. Susan however, was quick to respond and even set up a showing while at a family funeral.
