Josh helped us negotiate a good price from the builder on our new home, then worked with us to determine the most effective updates to make to our old home to make it market-ready. It sold the first day it was on the market for 99% of asking price! We chose Josh from among several agents we interviewed because of his high energy and because of the depth of the research he had done in determining a proper selling price for our home.
