Josh helped me and my husband buy our first home and it was a great experience! We really appreciated having such an experienced professional help us through the whole process. We had no idea where to start and he was able to help at every step of the way from finding a loan to finding the house that would work best for us. Josh is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator so he makes sure his clients are getting a good place for a good price. I would recommend Josh to everyone buying a home in South Carolina!

To put it simple, Josh was wonderful. My wife and I greatly enjoyed working with him. He was flexible on his time, he answered all our questions, we never felt pressured, and he was very organized. Buying a home can be a stressful experience. Josh made it easy. He made sure we found a house we like, and he worked to get us the best deal possible. I would feel comfortable referring him to friends and family. If my wife and decide to sell our house in the future, he will be the realtor we use.

Josh was great to work with. He helped us sell our first home and took the time not only walk us through the process but also put us in contact with local professionals that helped in prepping our house for the sale. His knowledge of the local market contributed to a very fast sale! Josh was very easy to work with throughout the entire process and was great in replying to our questions and educating us along the way.

Josh is a must have. Very personable, Very knowledgeable. After a first few walk through he was able to really define and find properties that met our taste. Is very accurate in his assessment of market value and what is trending up or down.
