I went to open house listed by Taylor Yang. The open house is advertised as 2-5pm. I got to the property within that timeframe and saw there were people inside who made eye contact with me through the window. The door was locked so I rang the bell, but nobody came to check or open the door. I waited outside for ten minutes… I tried calling Taylor’s phone number, but there was no answer. This is so unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Avoid Mimi Khuu. Even on something as straightforward as a viewing a realtor here was so unprofessional that it left me with an experience that brought me here. After confirming and committing to viewing a realtor at this brokerage, Mimi, just outright decided to not show up or notify me whatsoever. After waiting 15+ minutes onsite I contacted her directly for her to then tell me she wasnt coming and an offer came in the morning (hasn’t even been accepted or perhaps some shady ploy). I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this brokerage, specifically with Jessie. Throughout the process, there were clear inconsistencies in what was communicated. Matters that were previously discussed and acknowledged were later denied outright, which caused significant confusion and stress. In addition to the shifting statements, Jessie’s attitude during follow-up communication was unprofessional and dismissive.
