I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Doug Dubnyk a realtor from Re/max to think twice. As a night-shift worker who sleeps mornings, I’ve repeatedly communicated my schedule since the start of the tenancy. Despite this, Doug entered our apartment yesterday morning while I was asleep, after giving only the standard 24-hour notice.
