Austin was very helpful when setting our selling price, gave us all the data we needed to make an informed decision. His suggestions for what to do and what not to do to the house as we got ready for listing were spot on and eased our minds. His creation of an individual marketing plan was refreshing. I would recommend Austin Rich to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Steve knows how to get the job done! He listed our home, put signs up, and had people looking at it right away. Steve was easy to reach by phone, text, and email. Whenever we had questions or concerns Steve addressed them immediately and always made us feel at ease. He always stayed in contact with both my husband and myself so we would both be in the loop. I appreciated that very much! If you're looking to list or buy a home Steve is your guy!

Without Steve, I wouldn't have a house right now. It is only through his perseverance, patience, wisdom and professionalism that the sale happened in spite of the seller/selling agent doing just about everything they could to make me think about walking away. I feel that Steve was looking out for me from the first home we looked at till I had the keys in hand. He was more than willing to work with my schedule which included evening and weekend phone calls to explain and give me advice throughout the process.

He's the guy you want! My husband and I talked to at least 6 agents before choosing him. He was far and above the most professional and CONFIDENT of the bunch. When we first signed with him, I told others that, "He sure can talk the talk; I hope he can walk the walk!" Let me tell you, he did indeed. Austin is wonderful! He moved at my pace, never pressured me, and made my first time home-buying very easy. Would recommend him to family and friends. 10 out of 10, cannot think of one complaint about him!
