late for appointment by one hour, finally showed up in my opinion more dressed for back yard gardening than showing someones home. trash talked Gwinett County and sang the praises of Cobb while rushing clients through the home (for the second time, since the client went through the house un escorted ) Our home had 27 showing in 9 days, contracted for sale on the ninth day for listed price.
