I had a 90 day contract with Marc Wood to sell my country house. I put it on the market quite late in the season so I pushed to get it listed as quickly as possible with the right photos and description. Marc is a very busy person so I found that communication was slow at times, besides that everything went smoothly (despite tough negotiations with the buyer). We closed today and I am happy with the sale. I recommend Marc if you need a realtor.
My husband and I started working with Marc in 2008. We have since purchased two homes and sold one with Marcs assistance. He will go above and beyond to help you with all your real estate needs!
