In my opinion, Remax “Professionals” is a very deceptive term. Our troubles began when we made an offer and it was accepted for a house advertised for sale in Gillette. Just before closing, we were informed the house had an IRS lien on it. But we were also told it had been paid and we could move in, as the home was vacant, our home had sold and everything was in motion. We were also told the home will be settled in a few weeks when the IRS clears the paperwork for the lien and to go ahead and make the house our own, which we... read more
We used Jess Bagnarello to sell our house this last October and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! We chose her for multiple reasons! A few of them being she is very profession, honest, and amazing at communicating through the entire process! She puts all decision options on the table and lets her sellers make them with out any pressure in any direction.
