We had a great experiemce with Realtor Gregg Powers. I was attempting to buy a high end waterfront penthouse and had no buyers representation and hired Mr. Powers to negotiate on my behalf. He aggresively dealt with reluctant sellars and their agent bringing A very difficult purchase to a satisfactoey close and helped my wife and I achieve our dream home under market value. 5 stars.
What should have been one of our happiest moments became one of our worst experiences with Gregg Powers. I hope no one else encounters this with him. Perhaps this review will encourage him to improve his client treatment or prompt others to avoid this Realtor, as many prioritize their clients' best interests. I wish our first realtor, Paul Saperstein, had provided us with comps as first-time sellers. We were overpriced and sat on the market for 6 months.
