We just bought a home with Duane's services. And can I say without a doubt that we'd still be in escrow or still renting if we had not followed his advice. It is long and arduous process with a short sale. Daune call me within an hour of the listing becoming live and we had an offer in place that evening. Then process of working the short sale!!
